Custom Product Design
Our highly experienced engineering staff can also work with your technical personnel to jointly develop a custom-engineered, special purpose product. We are ready, willing, and able to significantly contribute to your program at any level. Again, having provided these services for customers world-wide, we call upon the same skills and disciplines employed in our system engineering programs, just on a smaller scale. Examples of such projects include development of a prototype vector processor destined to be radiation hardened by our customer. Another unique product is a system emulator based on an array of PowerPC boards we are currently designing. A third example is two boards, both prototypes, an analog-to-digital converter and the other a special purpose test and evaluation board for a very large telecommunications firm. And finally, we are engaged in conversations with a number of U. S. aerospace firms to develop applications for our new VT-5xxx series vector processors.

System Integration
Our products are used in a variety of applications and systems. In addition to designing and marketing DSP boards, we offer customers integration services for systems featuring our board-level products. We have designed and integrated systems including very high-resolution spectrum analysis systems for use in radio astronomy, signals intelligence, and sonar. We have designed phase interferometers for use in direction finding and spectral surveillance systems. Our customer base includes U. S. aerospace prime contractors, the Department of Defense, observatories, and foreign governments in both Europe and the Pacific Rim.

We work with our customers as part of an engineering design team. We have experience in complete system design discipline, from the initial system requirements review (SRR), through the various design reviews, (e.g. - CDR, PDR, etc.) and concluding with formal acceptance testing. Our system deliveries include complete hardware and software documentation.
